The Trainer is responsible for delivering all soft skills training courses to equip all course participants with the necessary skills required to facilitate their ongoing personal development. Trainers willprovideparticipants with the knowledge, practical expertise and motivation to maximise their potential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, deliver all soft skills training courses and workshops in adherence of quality and compliance
To have a strong understanding of the business programs
Deliver program induction
Keep up to date with all the topics of the training courses provided
Create an engaging, motivational training environment
Ability to deliver training courses across varying mediums, e. face to face & online
Observe and evaluate all participant interaction and response to training to provide further support if required
Provide support for job fairs or employer recruitment processes when required
Maintaining a safe and healthy training environment by following organisation standards and contractual regulations.
Maintain accurate data of all participants and their progress on the MAXIMUS Learning Management System

المهارات

Knowledge of training delivery
Must possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively motivate and deliver engaging training and content to a group of participants
Ability to manage people and difficult situations, prevent or mitigate conflicts
Excellent competence in the use and management of the Windows operating system and Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to deliver training courses in both Arabic and English so a good command of Arabic and English is essential
2-years relevant training experience
