We are looking for a talented Consultant, you will be responsible for taking the initiative to drive opportunities, build positive relationships with prospective clients, and support future clients with the adoption of the Credence Security portfolio. The Technical Consultant will lead the client analysis of Cyber Security requirements, specifically focussed on solutions in
Privacy, Security & Data Governance (PSDG)
space and resulting solution architecture design and pre-sales discussions for both new and existing clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

On-site client visits for product installation and customer support issues.

Providing technical understanding to prospective customers, and partners

Product demonstrations, coordination throughout the Proof-of-Concept Phase (POC)

Introduce and present solution capabilities, use cases, and technology via presentations, whiteboard sessions, and product demonstrations.

This position requires an understanding of advanced technical security subjects
[Privacy, Security & Data Governance (PSDG)]:
+ Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
+ Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
+ Digital Rights Management (DRM)
+ Data Discovery & Classification

Develop and nurture leads while maintaining close follow-ups as required for closure

Create and update commercial documents required for marketing and sales

Coordinate with sales team for lead engagement and meetings

Represent the company at various trade shows, events, and demonstrations

Proactively manage accounts on a continual basis, ensuring customer satisfaction, tracking key deliverables, and maintaining a strong customer relationship

Liaise between customers and Product Management to ensure relevant feedback on product improvements and customer requirements

Manage Proof of Concept engagements, providing knowledge transfer and support for customers while demonstrating solution options and benefits related to the customers overall needs and objectives.

Through discussions and demonstrations, provide periodic informal on-site knowledge transfer, as needed to designated client employees covering the management, normal operation, and maintenance of the infrastructure

Own and positively develop relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers within the target customers.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/CAPABILITIES

Minimum 3 years pre-sales / consulting experience for enterprise software or security company (some experience working with channel/partner is required) with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level.

Must have experience working in a customer-facing role and comfortable presenting to small to medium audiences on both technical and business-related topics

* A high degree of market awareness with the ability to recognize nuances/trends in the market
Good English language skills are required for this job and the ability to travel regularly within the region, as needed.
