Our Client
Our client are a leading Managed Services company in the region with a large range of offerings across Cyber Security, Cloud & Hosting. They are looking for a permanent SOC Lead to be based in Dubai.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide first-line supervision to direct reports
- Develop and supervise Client SOC processes and review their application to ensure that Client SOC's controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectively
- Provide management oversight for the identification, triage and response of events or incidents of apparent security breaches
- Produce and review aggregated performance metrics
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Client SOC, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Play a significant role in long-term Client SOC strategy and planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence
Your Qualifications
- Excellent people-management skills
- Good technical and trouble-shooting ability
- Must be able able to work in a high-stress environment
- Ability to interact with staff, peers and external entities on a technical and professional level.
- A thorough understanding of service-related performance metrics
- Experience in crisis management
