Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification Engineering degree, Architectural degree, or equivalent certification.
- 5 years’ experience in Facilities management or construction projects. At least 1-year customer service experience
- Assesses existing work requests in Service Request systems for Residential customer and ensures proper workflow and closing.
- Reviews, approves, creates, and monitors work orders in Service Request System (CAEMS).
- Liaise with tenants, service providers and customer service team to ensure proper communication between parties. Ensure stakeholders coordination for successful and satisfactory solution for tenants.
