Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior SAP PI/PO Developer (Process Integration / Process Orchestration) is responsible for delivering interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems that combine business processes with software SAP development tools.

Responsible for understanding and coordinating with functional consultants before developing any interface.
Responsible for writing the technical specification of all the interfaces.
Development in Enterprise Services Repository.
Configuration in Integration Builder.
Having Knowledge of all the node functions.
Responsible for coordinating when SIT and UAT are going on.
Responsible for making any changes in the interface only if there is proper CR for this.
Responsible for error or alert handling.
Strong ABAP technical skills, BRF, WebDynpro ABAP, Workflow including an understanding of software development principles
Hands-on experience with PI/PO integration technologies in the following areas: Service Repository and Integration Directory; Data mappings, XSLT mappings, EDI and XML communications, Proxies, interface definitions, and XSDs; Configuration and implementation of PI/PO adapter types (IDoc, RFC, JDBC, File, SOAP, WS, JMS, HTTP, REST and Proxy); Configuration, design, development, Message monitoring; adapter logs, adapter engine status, communication channels etc.
