Our Client
One of the region's largest holding companies with a broad portfolio of major enterprises spanning key sectors of Abu Dhabi's diversified economy is looking for a Rewards and Compensation Analyst for an initial 6 month contract position, with a high chance of extension for an immediate start.
Your Responsibilities

  • Undertake all duties related to payroll, compensation & benefits administration for all employees,. Implement the employee performance management and rewards initiatives and processes, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of the annual performance review cycle across all functions to support achievement of HR operational excellence and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
  • Support the management in implementation of Human Capital Department policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
  • Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
  • Contribute to the development of the total rewards framework and strategic rewards initiatives to attract and retain high calibre talent
  • Support the Manager Talent Development & Rewards on the presentation's development related to the reward strategy.
  • Support the development, implementation, monitoring and upgrade of the Employee Performance Management System across the Group thereby enabling the transparent and fair management, assessment, and reward employees performance.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources focus on Compensation, Employee Benefits and Rewards.
