Job Description
We are looking for a recruiter for Rawa Games. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop job descriptions and specifications
- Collaborate with the team to compile a consistent list of requirements
- Attract suitable candidates through databases, online recruitment forums, social media, etc.
- Maintain and develop a pool of qualified candidates for future vacancies
- Conducting and/or preparing interviews
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview notes and CV reviews
- Act as a contact person for questions from candidates
- Complete papers for new appointments
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Enhance the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good business opportunity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- organizational skills
- Should have experience in human resources
- Experience with recruitment processes, tools, and databases
- Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
