Tracking projects’ costs /billing against the plan/budget to ensure alignment.
Tracking budget execution activities of ongoing projects, which includes comparing actual performance with planned and measuring actual results against expected results.
Tracking change orders & contractors' claims.
Originate projects performance measurement activities, which include details around critical financial data, time frame, project budget status, unit sales, etc.
Identifying and reporting project financial risks.
Developing/participating in project data dashboards with all project details.
Development of the costing methodology that will enable the allocation of various costs to financial lines.
Participate in managing the process of assigning overhead costs to products/services.
Aggregation and assigning of costs to products/services based on the identified cost drivers.
Support with the development of projects’ financial framework.
Check project closing activities upon receiving a confirmation of the completion of its tasks.
Engaging on a day to day operations with the project execution team to ensure proper understanding of project financial aspects as well as project objectives and targets.

المهارات

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required.
preferable higher technical professional credentials such as PMP, and CMA.
7+ years of experience.
