Job Opportunity: Project Assistant at Frankfurt School
Company Background:
The Regional Office of Frankfurt School of Finance and Management Middle East and North Africa (FS MENA) was established in Amman, Jordan in 2015. The Regional Office operates and works with multiple European partners and international development industry targeted at Financial Institutions in the MENA Region.
Project Assistant Job Description:
The project assistant will support the organization in operational and administrative activities related to the regional office located in Amman and is expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Ensure smooth communication between the expert team and the stakeholders.
- Follow up on project tasks and project milestones.
- Assure constant feedback and updates for the project team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to write reports and documents in English and in Arabic.
- Write and translate documents and e-mails in Arabic and English.
- Conduct Desk Research.
- Ability to support in conducting admin procedures related to trainings.
- Assist and support expert team in open tasks.
- Maintain updated records and lists.

Project Assistant Qualification:
The qualified candidate must be located in Amman, Jordan. The following are requirements and competencies:
Requirements A:
- Education: University degree in social sciences (Business Administration, Languages, Management, etc..) additional certificates and trainings are preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Languages: English (C1), Arabic (C1) and preferably German (B2).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS office programs is a must.
Requirement B:
- Ability to learn and pick-up skills in a fast paced.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility is essential.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to details and problem solving.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
