Managing the development of projects’ financial framework.
Managing projects’ financial planning and budgeting activities, which includes identifying project financial goals and the best approach for achieving those goals.
Managing the process of tracking budget execution activities of ongoing projects, which includes comparing actual performance with planned and measuring actual results against expected results.
Managing the process of tracking projects’ costs against the plan/budget to ensure alignment and avoid cases of over-budget spending.
Managing & Calculating project accruals (cost, revenue) and customer invoicing.
Managing and assurance of proper monthly closing of his/her Projects.
Monthly actual reports, Monthly updates of cost to complete in coordination with the Project Manager.
Managing the process of tracking projects’ billing and revenues against the plan/budget to ensure alignment and avoid any missed billing or non-collections.
Managing project performance measurement activities, which include details around critical financial data, time frame, project budget status, unit sales, etc.
Set up & maintain cost structure of all unit inventory.
Managing project closing activities upon receiving a confirmation of the completion of its tasks.

المهارات

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is required.
preferable higher technical professional credentials such as CPA, and CMA.
8+ years of experience.
