الوصف الوظيفي

Job responsibility

  • Implements HR policies and procedures pertaining to personnel management.
  • Assists in providing statistical information as required by Head of Personnel and Manager – Personnel.
  • Attends to inquiries and provides assistance to employees in issues related to personnel management.
  • Enters data accurately to the Oracle System and ensures all relevant approvals and supporting documents are on file.
  • Ensures data of new joiners are accurately entered and completed in the Oracle System.
  • Processes and validates employee claims for benefits and allowances including their dependents.
  • Issue employee letters and other notices as required.
  • Researches critical personnel problems and recommends alternative solutions.
  • Advises employees on a variety of matters including, but not limited to contract interpretations, benefits including retirement, disability, etc.;
  • Participates in special studies and handles confidential matters as requested;
  • Assists with the implementation and modification of new or existing human resource projects or systems;
  • Safeguards the completeness of employee files and maintain confidentiality of information therein.
  • Records accurately in the Oracle System personnel actions such as promotions, salary review and adjustments.
  • Ensures that all entries in Oracle are accurate, validated, and as per company policy and procedures.
  • Implements separation process of resigned and terminated employees including processing of exist checklist, final settlement and service certificates.
  • Processes change of benefits status requests (e.g. “single” to “family”).
  • Ensures accurate bank information of employees are entered in the Oracle System.
  • Prepares Arabic employee letters.
  • Preparation of contract amendment, in Arabic.

المهارات

  • Knowledge of administering employee compensation & benefits as per company policies and procedures.
  • Awareness of Qatar Labour Law and relevant legislations pertaining to employee benefits and entitlement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Pioneer, Oracle or other related HR information system.
