الوصف الوظيفي
Job responsibility
- Implements HR policies and procedures pertaining to personnel management.
- Assists in providing statistical information as required by Head of Personnel and Manager – Personnel.
- Attends to inquiries and provides assistance to employees in issues related to personnel management.
- Enters data accurately to the Oracle System and ensures all relevant approvals and supporting documents are on file.
- Ensures data of new joiners are accurately entered and completed in the Oracle System.
- Processes and validates employee claims for benefits and allowances including their dependents.
- Issue employee letters and other notices as required.
- Researches critical personnel problems and recommends alternative solutions.
- Advises employees on a variety of matters including, but not limited to contract interpretations, benefits including retirement, disability, etc.;
- Participates in special studies and handles confidential matters as requested;
- Assists with the implementation and modification of new or existing human resource projects or systems;
- Safeguards the completeness of employee files and maintain confidentiality of information therein.
- Records accurately in the Oracle System personnel actions such as promotions, salary review and adjustments.
- Ensures that all entries in Oracle are accurate, validated, and as per company policy and procedures.
- Implements separation process of resigned and terminated employees including processing of exist checklist, final settlement and service certificates.
- Processes change of benefits status requests (e.g. “single” to “family”).
- Ensures accurate bank information of employees are entered in the Oracle System.
- Prepares Arabic employee letters.
- Preparation of contract amendment, in Arabic.

المهارات
- Knowledge of administering employee compensation & benefits as per company policies and procedures.
- Awareness of Qatar Labour Law and relevant legislations pertaining to employee benefits and entitlement.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Knowledge of SAP, Pioneer, Oracle or other related HR information system.
