Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading businesses in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Master Planning Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the educational facilities planning processes, evaluating the current and future needs for educational facility development, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to develop master plan report and ensuring successful consolidation and ratification of educational facility plans in line with company`s objectives.
<br />
<br />- Provide specific and detailed planning reports in respect of urban planning requirements and in line with ADHA plan or private development projects.
<br />- Study and review the information on urban development plans to assist in planning the number and location of new educational facilities
<br />- Assess the current urban areas where new educational facilities were built and recommend changes (if needed) to ensure sustainable development of the Emirate.
<br /> – Conduct supply and demand studies in coordination with updated plans received from AD authorities like Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Musanada, and Department of Municipalities & Transport (DMT).
<br />- Manage the planning for the educational areas/ lands (By studying the future needs of each asset)
<br />- Co-ordinate with related external entities and internal divisions to conduct/ update master plan report.
<br />- Collaborate with planning activities and ensure coordination with DMT to understand master planning requirements
<br /> – Assess the current future education plan and the thorough evaluation of educational facility needs particular to demographics and specific educational needs
<br />
<br />Requirements- 10+ years of overall experience in master planning
<br />- Strong knowledge and experience in ADHA
<br />- Strong analytical skills
<br />- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
<br />- Flexible and calm under pressure with the ability to manage changing priorities
<br />- Must have a flexible approach with an ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment- Strong training skills and experience.
