Job Summary/Purpose:
Analyze Market Information by conducting Market Research Surveys and studies to measure and highlight effectiveness and gaps to prepare a comprehensive report to management to adapt and make Lexus – Marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Operational:
- Prepare the competition to execute market share reports and other relevant reports.
- Support in research methodology and supporting techniques to design market surveys.
- Conduct field visits and face to face interviews for data collection.
- Extract data from SAP – Business Intelligence in order to design market Research Questionnaires and marketing activities and events.
- Analyze and summarize information for management from data collected through research questionnaires for Senior Marketing Manager to prepare the final analysis to management.
- Analyze and summarize information from syndicated data to provide relevant actionable recommendations to drive decision making for Senior Marketing Manager to prepare the final analysis to management.
- submit report with conclusions and recommendations about daily sales, customer profile, salesman performance, etc. for the sales and service unit to be shared with Senior Marketing Manager for final report and analysis for management.
- Maintain & update Lexus Lead Management (LLM) website to ensure effective support for sales operations.
- Prepare Traffic reports, TMC report, Market share reports and provide regular updates to business units.
- Prepare NPS (Net Promoter Score) and Lost Sales Analysis reports for Lexus sales and service units.
- Coordinate and validate with Research Agencies proposals and provide recommendation on procedures and requirements for studies: Delight-X, Car Brand Image – CBI and Mystery shopper to be shared with Senior Marketing Manager to prepare the final report to management.
- Provide accurate statistical analysis, in numerical and graphic format, on a regular basis (monthly) for MEAC and Registration data, ensuring all data is maintained, and provide statistical analysis on an ad hoc as required.
- Formulate, update, edit all specification sheets for showrooms (both new & certified).

- Bachelors degree in market research or related (essential).
- Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing programs and strategies.
- Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
