Join us as an Income Auditor at The Crowne Plaza Resort, Salalah – Oman. As an Income Auditor, you will ensure all revenues generated in the hotel are recorded accurately and discrepancies reported on a timely basis. Your other duties and responsibilities include:

Prepares the daily income report.

Investigates discrepancies and corrects the same as indicated in Night Auditor log Book.

Reconciles all revenues against cash banked and accounts receivable movements for each day

Compares the Housekeeper's report against the Night Receptionist room report, lists the discrepancies noted and makes investigation of these discrepancies and takes appropriate action.

Performs duties indicated in the Income Auditor checklist.

Ensures completion of monthly Income Auditor checklist.

Ensure all control procedures as per CSA are in place relating to the income process.

  • This role requires an Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting would be preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel experience in a similar capacity.
  • Computer literate. Must have good experience with Opera & Sun system, Micros, Simphony, Sun vision.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Candidates must be detail oriented and demonstrate team spirit.
