We are looking for an inspirational, commercial and forward thinking Hospitality Director/Head of Hospitality to lead and motivate a team of talented individuals, with passion, across multiple properties.

You are business agile and driven to exceed targets both financial and qualitative. You will have proven experience. Multi site experience is a plus. Being an ambassador of the brand and the properties as Hospitality Director, will require exceptional leadership quality, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision to drive an engaged team, achieve guest satisfaction and maximized operating results.

You will be responsible for:

You will manage each hotel, with hands on approach to the day-to-day operations.

You will motivate and engage talent to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and maximize operating results ensuring the teams secure the best reputation, market share and profit margins.

Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.

You will actively seek new business and ways of optimizing profit.

Search and identify new business opportunities and build up long-term business relations.

Create a positive, team oriented environment, drive talent engagement.
