A leading automobile supplier looking for Arabic speaking General Manager. The company deals in racing car workshop, sales of spare parts, car products & several brands of lubricants in Qatar market.
The ideal candidates should have experience in automobile industry in GCC with operation and sales skills.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the direction, business performance and image of the company’s operations internally and externally maintaining people, product and process excellence
Manage Business Plan implementation and ensure all organization Objectives and goals are achieved
Ensure the operational standards are met per the company guidelines,
Ensure the employees receive training and coaching to improve their performance
Monitor the KPI’s that are in place and improvise where necessary,
Hold team meeting weekly to identify any grey areas where there is scope for improvement,
Discuss the current market trends in order to grab business opportunities for revenue growth,
Ensure the spare parts inventory is adequate to meet the market requirements,
Keep tracks of obsolete parts and accessories in the display area that needs attention,
Look for ways to increase market potential by meeting new clients, aftermarket service providers, fleet owners, rental Companies,
Focus on upsetting of in house products when the customers visit the service center by having a complimentary check on wear and tear items,
Focus on vehicle health check – as this leads to additional sales of wear and tear items. i. e. batteries, tires, brake components, bulbs, wipers etc.
Increase in sales as per the KPI’s – lead generation, brand awareness, special promotions, social networking.
Introducing new products in the market i.e. engine Oils, lubricants, potential aftermarket products that needs to be identified for the market,
Streamlining of job cards process i.e. service core processes to be in place for better documentation & upselling.
Streamlining of parts and accessories sales report i.e. any customer not agreeing buy the service or products due to a valid reason and going to competitors,
Keeping a borderline for parts stick in case of replenishing of items required i.e. the dynamic system needs to be integrated by the IT for low stocks,
Parts and accessories orders to be updated as per the system requirement and revenue generation on monthly basis after agreeing with the management,
Possibility of staring 2 shifts for service centre in order to boost revenue as customers can visit the service centre during evening hours,
Additional scope for staring new branches for wider reach and make more easy for present customers and new customers,
Focus on developing new was to be the market leader in providing various automotive services,
Setting monthly revenue targets for the team in terms of labour and parts.
Ensure all corporate policies are set and followed in planning and execution of all activities
Develop a strong relationship with suppliers/vendors within the assigned category,
