Responsible for financial reporting, general ledger activities, monitoring budget reporting and analysis, monitoring fund balances and maintaining investment record and assists with the annual audit procedures

for external auditors. Accountable for preparing and providing financial and narrative reports and analysis to programs, senior management. Ensures consistent and accurate entry of balance score card data, as well

as accurate analysis and presentation of information.

  • Maintain yearly financial reporting of the company.
  • Ensure effective, efficient, and timely coordination and processing of all financial transactions and processes and controls that support the business objectives and operational needs.
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversees the processing of budget, procurement, and/or payment documents;
  • Maintains special revenue/account funds.
  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
  • Monitor financial performance and compare performance to budget.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure a timely submission to management.
  • Implement budget controls and checks.
  • Assists in preparation and development of annual budget.
  • Consults with unit heads to ensure adjustments are made in accordance with program changes in order to facilitate long-term planning.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to assure a smooth and coordinated process is in place.
  • Perform other task/duties as required.

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, Business or similar discipline
  • Preferred ACCA/CPA/CA certification
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in relative field.
  • Background with core budgeting and planning process and know-how of ERP environment
  • General Ledger work experience, or the equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training in the accounting/finance field
