Main Accountabilities

Assist HRBP in handling day to day HR operations

Assist HRBP in implementing the wellbeing agenda, initiatives and activations

Assist HRBP in driving a fair recognition culture, based on respect and integrity Assist HRBP in delivering green overheads and WPF target

Assist HRBP in NA&LI Employer branding initiatives through monitoring University of choice campus activities, driving employer of choice, etc..)

Liaise with relevant stakeholders including recruitment team in planning and implementing student activities/engagements Regularly review Campus timelines and propose changes to ensure that the brand remains competitive in the marketplace as well as maintains required

Assist in driving the ED&I Agenda for NA&LI
