Our client is a luxury one stop solution for Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture & Accessories, Fit out, Turnkey and Construction. They offer customized design solutions for luxury projects ranging from – commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.

what we offer

First of all you will earn a tax free all-inclusive salary! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years. They are open to discuss fulltime or part-time employment. A healthcare insurance or healthcare treatment is part of that employment. You work in an international team & working environment and you receive a total of 30 calendar days leave for every full year of work. Lastly, you will receive end of service benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Our client is expanding their business with hiring a Business Development Executive to support the owner with sales and client relationship management. They are looking to hire a candidate who will be a true representation of the company: driven, presentable, offering good knowledge and quality service.

  • Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the business and growth plans and the sales targets;
  • Manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to;
  • Explore UAE and GCC markets for business opportunities and develop quality leads that can be converted to profitable business – generate opportunities through contacts, networking and associations;
  • Dentifying and winning fit-out projects, developing in-depth knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender;
  • Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.
  • Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.

You are a highly regarded professional with great business sense and a good grasp of marketing principles, you are very creative at spotting new business opportunities and establishing rapid growth in the new market

  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding business and human behavior;
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services;
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance;
  • Great networking skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills;
  • Personal skills: driven, ambitious, trustworthy, reliable with a natural sales talent.

education & qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar;
  • Extensive sales experience;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in the turnkey and interior works sector, commercial /retail real estate, or construction;
  • Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with clients;
  • Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in GCC is a real plus;
