· Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient hiring process.

· Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job descriptions.

· Facilitate easy decision-making for top-level management through prompt provision of in-depth recruitment records.

· Analyze the current organizational demand and plan cost-effective measures for hiring suitable talent.

· Upload clear and concise work requirements on various offline and online platforms and job boards.

· Proficient in meeting company demands by solving the existing talent gap in the hierarchy.

· Skilled professional with a sound understanding of recruitment timelines and onboarding process.

· Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.

· Apt in deciding the most suitable interview arrangement as per the existing hiring scenario.

· Sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.

· Exhibiting thorough knowledge in corporate recruitment activities spanning from planning to onboarding.
