Social media and digital campaigns:
– Manage and monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
– Handle all aspects of the media buying process; ad creation, optimization, scaling, reporting, etc for a large set of campaigns while driving business results to hit and exceed KPI’s
– Maintain a high-level up-to-date understanding of best practices of digital campaigns and bidding costs across different ad accounts (Facebook, Google ad, and Twitter)
– Maintain a high level of financial control on own activities and budget
– Manage and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against business goals and constantly optimize performance by working closely with the digital unit manager.
– Developing and updating social media and digital marketing tools (such as keywords and interests)
– Implementing social media content strategy, planning and execution across a number of channels
– Enhance visibility & awareness of all our brands in the digital space, grow online audiences & engagement, and drive website traffic
– Overseeing content creation for various social media channels and formats
– Build, maintain and develop productive relationships with social media partners. Including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
– Sort out any copyright or technical issues and ads in order to improve Alaraby presence on Facebook
– Reacting quickly & dynamically to changes across social media platforms, staying ahead of new trends and algorithm changes.
Strategic development and planning:
– Developing a social media strategy and setting goals to increase profile presence, brand awareness and engagement
– Developing marketing plans across owned and paid media, and managing our budget across all the main digital marketing channels
– Staying abreast of the latest social media trends and leveraging these to help improve the company’s online presence and brand awareness
– Manage and develop online advertising strategy and spend across search, display and social channels (inc. Facebook, Twitter and Google ad)
– Identify changes and trends in digital marketing and recommend appropriate strategies to ensure we are at the cutting edge of digital marketing, preparing for short, medium and long-term requirements
– Provide creative ideas for content marketing to aid prospect development
– Understand current and target audiences to help identify opportunities to develop.
Reporting and Analysis:
– Regularly audit and interrogate performance metrics using various analytic tools such as Socialbakers, CrowdTangle, Google analytics and other software analysis to build actionable insights
– Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools and provide detailed reporting and ‘next steps’ guidance
– Perform regular tracking and analysis of the performance of digital campaigns
– Social media viewership analysis, using our multiple analytic tools
– Provide regular updates and reports on the social media platforms growth to the digital unit manager.

Requirements:
– Advanced digital marketing and social media skills with at least 5 years in the TV and media section
– Preferably MSc qualification in digital marketing or marketing
– Social media or digital marketing certified (Facebook media planning or buyer certificate and Google Ad), with a deep and current knowledge of social media skills including ad accounts, budgeting, and business manager
– A willingness to continually update and increase own knowledge
– Excellent presentation skills
– Experience in paid digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and Retargeting
– Experience effectively managing significant media budgets
– Analytical and quantitative skills, with an emphasis on identifying actionable insights
– Familiarity with social media analytics like Social Bakers, CrowdTangle , etc
– Experience in reporting and tracking campaign progress, optimising campaigns where necessary
– Innovating and staying on top of new SEM techniques and strategies
– Excellent organization, prioritization, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– An analytical approach and good communication skills
– Excellent Arabic written and verbal communication skills.
