Configuration & implementation of SAP & Active methodology
User requirement gathering & business process design/development
Design, development and implementation of multi plant Material Management
Configure Materials Master including Material Types, definition of views, required Number Ranges for Material type, Price control indicator etc.
Assign Valuation classes to G/L accounts for automatic account determination for stock materials and non-valuated materials etc.
Configure and Setting up Release procedures for Purchase requisition and Purchase order.
Configure warehouse with multiple storage selection and hundreds of Storage bins.
Troubleshooting and Enhancement of Procurement, Inventory Management and Logistic Invoice Verification scenarios and VAT implementation.
Migrate the system from ERP ECC6 EHP7 to S4HANA1809
S4/HANA simplified transactions, factsheet reports and analytics applications.
Integration expertise across the core SAP ECC Suite of applications such as FI, CO, FM, PP, SD and HCM.
Functional Specification Form (FSF) for WRICF objects.
Implementation of consumption-based planning (MRP).
Master Data (Purchasing Info Record, Material Master, Vendor Master)
Consumption base material requirement planning
Configure local and import pricing procedure. Configure subcontracting process.
Logistic Invoice verification configuration (LIV) involving System Messages, Planned and Unplanned delivery costs, Invoice Reduction, Subsequent adjustment etc.
Test Phase Planning (Unit/Assembly/Integration/UAT) involving test script creation & resource allocation.
Cut-over activities including knowledge transfer & Train-The-Trainer Planning.
Authorization matrix development.
Data management, strategy, discovery, gathering, conversion and validation.
Manager help-desk, covering SAP MM which includes Procurement Material and Services, Inventory Management, Account Determination, LIV etc.
