Job Description

• The applicant should have experience in marketing and sales of Hair care products / Personal care / Beauty.
• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales/Marketing Executive in Beauty/Hair care to join our client’s team.
• We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure client’s satisfaction.
• The applicant should identify distributors and different channels of product promotion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers both in B2B and B2C markets
• Communicate with clients via email, phone calls, regular visit to identify new distributors in UAE/GCC and acquire new retailers/salons etc.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective clients
• Advise on appropriate purchase options
• Promote our products as directed by management
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Proven track record in Hair care/ personal care sales environment
• Ability to meet exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota
• UAE driving license is mandatory
