Job Description
We are looking for
Part Time “64 hours monthly”
experienced IT specialist to take over our IT operations.
32 hours from office
32 hours remotely
Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
Adjust, tune and Maintain CCTV systems.
Perform installation, configuration, upgrade and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, Services and Network systems.
Secure our system against any vulnerabilities or security issues.
Adjust, tune and maintain software, license and driver’s library.
Ensure of automatically user data backups are successfully on daily bases.
Monitoring hardware, software, services and network performance metrics.
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions or security issues.
Resolve assigned customer IT tickets
Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure.
Update documentation for the Network, Applications and Systems.
Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Job Requirements
Max Age is 30.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in Internet security and data privacy principles
Experience in Network Administration.
Experience in Linux Administration.
Experience in Cloud Applications.
Experience in System Security
Experience in MySql Administration is plus
Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
3–5 years' experience in a similar position in a major organization.
Very Good Oral and Written English skills.
Very Good Communication Skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously.
Certified in CCNA, MCSA, LFCS and CompTIA Linux+ preferably.
* Nasr City Residence preferable.
