Managing technical support for ecommerce related applications (websites, mobile applications and other digital touchpoints). Ensuring seamless experience for Nahdi Guests through exercising best in class software maintenance practices in order to provide technical stability and performance. Main Job Purpose: This role main purpose is to manage the Learning and Development activities for the non-store crew related to design, development, delivery and evaluation of the learning solutions to ensure proper development opportunities for all Nahdi talents. Manage the Strategic Procurement and Contract Management function that controls the process of strategizing the long-term commitments that starts with consolidating the requirements of each spending channel going through sourcing, sending RFP/RFQ or ITTs, and negotiating with suppliers to drafting contracts and controlling the contract management systems for the organizations. It also leads the team in order to provide the management with the purchase options, and best practices and ensure the implementation and compliance of the purchasing transactions and contracts with the purchasing policies and procedures. Manage the relations with business partners and Ensure the timely response to the customer's requests and inquiries through managing and enhancing the purchasing process. communication with all the stakeholders and ensuring the awareness of all the concerned stakeholders with the purchasing policies and procedures. Main Job Purpose: Owner of all external facing content by Nahdi; taking a journalistic creation and governance position. Bringing content generation and publishing in-house and reducing agency dependencies to niche requirements. Manage Omnichannel user journeys across all digital channels including websites, mobile applications and other virtual touchpoints for pharmacies and clinics to ensure seamless and most up to trends consumer journey for Nahdi guests and patients. Responsible for the complete life cycle of new/modified IT systems, from analyzing existing processes and gathering requirements to implementing systems, testing and providing training. He is also Responsible for managing the lifecycle of all problems. Identifying the root cause of a problem, preventing Incidents from happening, and minimizing the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented. This role main purpose to perform as a Central Service Resource in Store Design & Innovation Department through coordinating, supporting and insuring the completion of all Store Designs in accordance with agreed parameters, international quality standards, cost and Brand design / look and feel principles, schedule and operational requirements, while working with a cross functional team. Develop complete architectural design packages of pharmacies, clinics, special fixtures, merchandising displays and others in accordance with specific design briefs. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the successful development of units designs and correct implementation.
