HR Manager – Jeddah, KSA Administration & HR
Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

Responsible for the implementation of the local HR project portfolio for HRO/HRD/HRR (derived from regional HR project )

Actively contribute to strategic HR topics with relevant cross-BS topics regarding local aspects as member of the group wide “HR Team”

Elaborate HR strategy for specific requirements of the respective country in terms of processes, tools, resources in close collaboration with the RO HR

Implementation and roll-out of HRO/HRD/HRR initiative in respective country

Operational responsibility of local HR including budget responsibility. Responsible for implementing in terms of processes, IT tools and quality management concerning HR in coordination with the ROs HR

Execution of operational HR measures like local HR marketing, recruiting, administration, planning

Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems, recruitment, employee training and development initiatives

Lead HR Projects like compensation plans revisions, designing company policies and procedures

Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates

Performing of survey and HRD measures, implementation of global and regional processes on local level

HR reporting, controlling of the relevant KPIs including measures for the budget and the year- end closing

Counterpart to the local labour departments and other local authorities and ensure Statutory compliance

Supporting the local business and service functions with information and actions with regards to change topics (workforce, workspace, culture, innovation, special projects

Supports the Regional Officer/ local Management in achieving regional/local HR goals, implementing (global) projects and (global) initiatives.

Accountable for the provision of local specific projects and services related to the HR

Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliant (global) processes, policies, tools, concepts of the HR in the respective country/countries.

Provides information on all HR-related topics as specified and requested by the RO/ local management.

Is central point of contact for local management and employees in all HR-related matter

Consult management regarding changes to local labour law and related ones, develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices;

Establish and update local company rules and regulations in line with local laws, business requirements and global or regional policies;

Represent the Company to work and keep close contact with government and related labour stakeholders;
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Master Degree in Human Resource Management
Professional Experiences
:
At least 10 years working experience in Human Resources and Administration. At least 5 years’ experience in managerial/ supervisory level Good knowledge in local labour law

:

Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably by having excellent people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace

Is a flexible, cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast- paced, often ambiguous environment

Strong presentation and writing communications

Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities;

Self-starter approach to work with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes;

Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels – a hands on team player

Good knowledge about SAP Operations.
