minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with recent experience at a leadership level.
• Industry experience: Perfume, Retail, Luxury goods
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
• Bachelor’s Degree, specialized in Human Resources or similar.

Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
• Dealing with LMRA, GOSI, Sijilat, CR renewals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
