Work independently and with the team to understand project requirements, existing implementations and build or maintain the technical aspects of ECM applications including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, optimization and development of business requirements.
Analyze, Design, Estimate and develop solutions using ECM application’s scanning, content, integration, process functionalities
Work closely with business and techno functional analysts to understand the business requirements
Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements
Write clear codes and prepare coding documentations
Assist in timely L2/L3 troubleshooting of ECM Applications
Experience working in a structured waterfall development process
Participate in the set-up and deployments in all environments including production.
Conduct code reviews, testing and work closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and with business for UAT
Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture
Support the training of new team members on existing business processes and required tools
Document all requirements functionally and technically

Design & Development experience using ECM concepts and knowledge of document lifecycle and ECM models
Documentum 6.x/7.x/16.x/20.x
Captiva/Intelligent Capture 6.x/7.x/16.x/20.x
Documentum xPlore 1/x/16.x/20.x
Documentum Web Development Kit (WDK)
OpenText Directory Services
XCP Designer 16.x/20.x
Documentum Administrator Client 6.x/7.x/16.x/20.x
OOB Documentum Suite Integration/API Framework (DFC, REST Services, CMIS)
Documentum Composer
IDE Tools – Eclipse, Visual Studio
Development experience in Java, C#, ASP.NET required
Experience in Migration and Upgradation of Documentum Suite & Captiva/Intelligent Capture
Good Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2012/2016/2019 and understanding of relational database concepts and data-driven systems.
ETL – MS SSIS, PL/SQL
Experience on Records & Retention Management, D2 preferred
Knowledge of MS SharePoint preferred
BI – MS SSRS, MS Power BI preferred
MS Visio Knowledge preferred
Understanding of TFS and its use preferred
Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology
Strong collaboration and investigative skills and the ability to cross reference information for accuracy
Strong verbal and written skills, especially around code documentation
Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, and follow instructions.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Banking knowledge preferred
