Description:
1 – Presence at the technicians housing sufficient time before departure to reach the work site.
2 – Coordination with the concerned engineer to distribute the technicians in the event of any change in the morning from the previously scheduled schedule.
3 – Deliver workers to the work site at 8:45 am, as a maximum, to start work at 9:00 am exactly.
4 – Immediately inform the concerned engineer of the absence of any of the technicians by phone or WhatsApp before embarking on the trip.
5 – Confirmation with the engineers on the next trip to be with the technician to transfer him to the next location upon completion of the work he is working on to avoid wasting time.
6 – Keeping the phones given by the company open and answering all calls and calling the missed ones.
7 – Reply to all technicians who were transferred during the working day to other sites immediately to not waste time
8 – Communicating with technicians transferred to other locations to wait for the driver abroad to maintain readiness not to waste time.
9 – Record the time with the beginning and end of each trip.
10 – In the event of bringing materials from the curtains, it is necessary to confirm that the curtains prepare the required materials during the time taken to reach the curtains.
11 – Inform the engineers in the event that the curtain materials are not available until it is provided by the supplier and not ignore it because of its negative impact on the workflow as a whole.
12 – Always ensure that the car is in excellent condition through regular maintenance and necessary repairs.
– 13 Officially informing the administration of a WhatsApp message about any expected or malfunction of the car that may affect the workflow.
– 14 Keep the car clean inside and out constantly.
15 – Not to park in prohibited places and not to disrupt the flow of traffic in all building sites.
