Job Description

focus on further developing and implementing the Bank's digital assets strategy. In doing so, you will drive the design and execution of digital asset initiatives, supported by a dedicated team of digital asset profiles and support from other business. You will contribute to making RAKBANK the leading bank for digital assets in UAE and one of the most innovative banks in UAE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for preparing and running digital assets steering committee, which decides on and monitors the development of the digital asset business at
-Define and execute the Digital Assets strategy of informed by client demand, market dynamics and regulations
-Partner with business, product, and functional teams to identify, evaluate and implement new digital assets opportunities from front- to back-office processes and operations
-Articulate the business impact and drive the strategic design / roadmap and execution drive senior executive discussions and workshops
-Identify and evaluate potential partners across pre-trade, order initiation, matching and execution, clearing and settlement, custody and post-trade services and engage in vendor due diligence and selection to deliver solutions and capabilities
