Job Description
Administration knowledge on Atlassian Tool Set – JIRA, Confluence, Crowd,
Bitbucket, Bamboo and Sonar applications
Good Communication Skills
Understand, compare/contrast and recommend Git workflows, branching models, use of pull-requests, native Git commands, and permission models
Use built-in customizations as well as third-party add-ons for extending the functionality of Atlassian Tools
Evaluates Atlassian Marketplace third-party plugins
Manage a number of java application servers, which can include Tomcat, Jboss and other application servers.
Experience in writing SQL statements to usefully query application databases
Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
Provide technical support during P1 incidents or project-specific blocker issues
Work on Linux/Unix server, execute basic commands and write shell script
Demonstrates solutions-oriented thinking and independent problem solving
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Display ability to effectively communicate and share knowledge with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to functional testing of tools and understand UX impact at every phase of SDLC.
Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
Incident management and root cause analysis.
Good Understanding of 3-Tier architecture.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
3-8 years of experience
Skills(must have):
Java Application Server support.
Linux/Apache and Tomcat
Devops Tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Sonar)
GitLab or GitHub
CI/CD Integrations.
Agile and Scrum Methodologies.
Cloud – AWS , Azure or Atlassian Cloud.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Skills (good to have):
Atlassian Tool Set (JIRA, Confluence and Crowd)
Devops Tool – Docker
Monitoring Tool – ELK, Splunk, New Relic, Solarwinds
Network and Infrastructure Knowledge
MySql and Postgres Knowledge
