Role and responsibilities

A Customer Care Agent facilitates the relationship between the company and the customers by interacting with customers over the phone or by email, He/She is responsible for answering customers’ queries, providing service information, solves any emerging problems that customers might encounter, and represents the company in the best possible way.

Your typical day includes

  1. Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services
  2. Establish new customer accounts, recording account information on written forms or digitally
  3. Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
  4. Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
  5. Refer advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary
  6. Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services
  7. Liaise will all departments within the company to resolve customer issues.

  5. Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
  6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
  7. Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company
  8. Experience in Saudi markets is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • BSc Degree.
  • Call center or customer service experience is preferred.
