• Record student’s financial transactions in SIS
• Reconcile SIS transaction integrated to GL
• Draft responses to student’s queries
• Prepare student payment plan
• Billing to students, sponsors, and EXED customers
• Liaison with customers to clear the dues
• Prepare student collection and aging report
• Issue payment receipt
• Prepare journal transactions in Oracle
• Record prepayment transaction in Oracle
• Assist in Audit proceedings
• Provide all other assistance to Assistant Manager as per requirement

المهارات

• Accounting
• International and Local Accounting Standards knowledge
• Knowledge of Zakat and tax rules
• Good IT knowledge Microsoft Office, ORACLE ERP
• Experience of educational institution (preferred)
• Ability to work extra hours as per demand
• Ambitious and motivated for career growth
