Job Description
Description:
– Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
– Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
– Reviewing financial statements and preparing reports based on data from company ledgers or other records
– Preparing bank deposits and journal entries to record business transactions
– Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
– Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
– Ensure file organization based on office protocol
– Processing purchase orders, invoices, bank reconciliation and other transactions related to billing customers for products or services.
– Sound academic knowledge of VAT.
– Proficiency in MIS reports.
Qualification:
. Bachelor's degree is must in accounting.
. 1-2 years of Accountant experience in United Arab Emirates.
. Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
. Proficient in Tally Prime accounting software.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite specifically word and Excel.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills
