Job Description
As a Lobby Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive truly unique and memorable welcomes and departures in the lobby area. You will accompany guests discreetly throughout their arrival experience, offering an unparalleled level of service from entrance to check-in. Most importantly, as a knowledgeable host, you will enchant and amaze our guests by providing a variety of personalized services.
Qualifications
- A natural elegance and passion for providing a luxurious level of service that is personalized, confident and calm
- Prior experience working in a guest-facing position, ideally in a luxury four- or five-star hotel, is required.
- A high level of spoken English is essential and another language is advantageous
