• Perform analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design, installation and support of Network requirements.

• Ability to discuss technical aspects of data, network, and security

• Good experience managing the delivery of IT Infrastructure projects

• Experience in CCNP, CCNA, Security , Switching, Routing and collaboration.

• Experience in Fortinet and their solutions

• Experience in other various vendors' technologies

• Review technical project requests, analyze and determine required steps to implement the project.

• Providing Network engineering and technical support, including problem analysis, troubleshooting and resolution for WAN, LAN, VLAN, & WLAN setup

• Troubleshooting& pro-actively looks for weaknesses in the IT infrastructure so that they are identified &rectified before they can affect business operations

• Providing, developing, & writing systems and applications documentation and guides for end users

• Developing &maintaining close working relationship with departments to ensure IT meets operational needs

• Taking lead and responsibility for technical project activities

• Providing technical support in presentations, demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications.

• Participating in the development of the department’s strategic goals and direction
