As an HR Manager in Egypt, you will be responsible for providing a motivational and inspirational work environment for all employees in line with HR policies, procedures and best practices and local labour laws in order to support the achievement of the company goals and objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for leading, planning and implementing career plans, learning and succession planning programs in order to maintain a high performing culture.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the core HR function in the Egypt office.
- Align with regional HR practices and initiatives.
- Build good relationships with all managers and employees at all levels by developing a thorough understanding of our culture, organizational structure and talent.
- Be an advisor/coach to managers in resolving employee relations, performance, employee related issues in accordance to the company policy and procedures as well as local labour law.
- Manage the Performance Review process and ensure all goals are updated on BambooHR (HRMS).
- Assist line managers in delivering meaningful feedback and evaluate appropriate promotion and increase recommendations based on performance.
- Work with HODs, Line Managers and respective stakeholders to identify the skill gaps by performing the training needs analysis and address development needs with individual training paths supported by Learning & Development team.
- Conduct Career Path Consultations with Line Managers and Individuals. Analyze the training required for the individuals to define most effective career progression.
- Design assessment tools for the organization in line with competencies required for roles.
- Coordinate with HODs to identity the major people development challenges to maintain talent and devise solutions.
- Ensure all day-to-day administration including issuing employment contracts, maintenance of employee files is maintained accurately and correctly.
- Develop and manage the Egypt HR team.
