Our client is one of the Leading Bank . They are now looking for a Checkerto join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing Home finance submission for any errors and correcting the errors in coordination with CSR's
    • Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, tear and executives to evaluate customer applications and ensuring accuracy
    • To ensure return of file from operations is reduce to below 2%
    • Motivating team members to ensure proper file submission (i.e. error free submission first time)
    • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and reduce turn around time for home finance applications
    • Prepare weekly effectiveness report on the home finance submissions and bookings
    • Ensure post disbursal documentation is completed and follow the processes outlined for the same, which would include tracking and escalating as and when necessary
    • CSO Checker will be responsible for files, checking and handling queries for the same.
    • Ensure SLA and TAT is maintained between Business and operations, highlight any such SLA breaches to Head of distribution in a timely manner
    • Liaise with various departments within the bank and resolve queries and problems.
    • Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct at all times to ensure a positive image of the Bank is presented to all customers both internal and external.
    • Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
    • Identify and recommend improvements to procedures and processes to improve process and service levels
    • Provide support to other team members as required to assist in the smooth operation of the branch.
    • Designated Operational Risk Manager for Home Finance. Maintain awareness of the branch's Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.
    • Perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the smooth operation of the branch.
