As an AMO Mechanical Technician, you will ensure safe and reliable AMO is delivered to the global AMO organization. This will be done in a cost effective and effective manner without harm to people or the environment. This role focuses specifically on Completions & Wellbore Intervention within the Oilfield Services portfolio of Baker Hughes .

As an AMO Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for:

· Participating in HSE programs as assigned and keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean, and organized manner.

· Ensuring maintenance activities are completed in efficient time and are uploaded to the maintenance platform.

· Communicating quality and safety observations to team leader and supervisors, and cooperating to check if 3rd party repair is required.

· Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on CWI equipment.

· Testing, assembling, disassembling, and performing visual inspection on mechanical assemblies.

· Ensuring all work orders are completed with documentation in associated systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a technical diploma in a mechanical related field.

· Have at least 4 years maintenance related experience in mechanical functions.

· Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills

· Have the analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems.

· Be proficient in reading and interpreting maintenance documents, drawings, parts lists and following formal procedures.
