About the Role: The Senior MEP Technician role supports the Facilities Manager in performing administrative tasks and supervises fellow technicians onsite. In this role, the candidate is responsible for a wide range of MEP tasks and will have 15 years of experience in the trade. The candidate will be assigned an Air Products phone number.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and complete PPM scheduled tasks
- Interface with Air Products vendors and supervise work when necessary
- Assign and resolve building systems trouble tickets
- Assist the Facility Coordinator in completing reactive maintenance tasks
- Assist in additional technical tasks as they arise onsite
- Supervise and train junior technicians/trainees
- Implement Air Products safety protocol

Candidate Requirements:
- Must have good English oral communication skills
- Must have strong work ethic and be self-motivated
- Must possess extensive experience in building management systems
- Must have 15+ years overall hands-on experience in MEP crafts
- Must possess good customer interface hygiene
