We are looking for an organized Purchase Coordinator to handle purchasing. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our business. You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming stock, and be responsible for approving purchases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Researching & identifying the potential vendors to
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement across Purchasing process
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Purchase, or a related field may be required.
· Previous experience in a similar position.
· Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
· Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
· The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
