We deliver just about anything: food delivery from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and many other stores and merchants and the application is continuously evolving. At ToYou we aim to provide a great experience to our users by connecting them with thousands of merchants across Saudi Arabia.
We’re proud to offer a high end product that meets the needs and wants of our valued customers. We're in search of an experienced Product Analyst to join our Jordan team in this journey and work alongside our multi-disciplinary, international team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with the tech team/ UX team and other product managers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or new product development
- Gather, analyze business requirements and translate them to user stories, workflows and mockups
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, content, operations) to align with them on the product vision and fulfill their needs
- Create and manage a detailed backlog of user stories and participate in
- development planning
- Set the KPI for each feature and maintain tracking the metrics to measure success and needed enhancements per each feature
- Monitor product performance and define success criteria for new products/features
- Manage the app localization process
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or QA
- Solid knowledge in product lifecycle
- Experience in data tracking and analytics tools
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English
- Teamwork
