These responsibilities include some of the following: Achieve GSK standards in disease and product knowledge Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies and local regulations. Meet GSK standards of efficiency and effectiveness KPIs. Drive scientific discussion through conducting group doctor meetings. Market intelligence and timely feedback Care about GSK assets and optimize the company resources. Timely completion of territory and call planning, as well as tracking the implementation. Meet the defined skills standards measured by the In-field coaching Meet GSK standards during In-house application (Role Play Assessment). Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies, and local regulations Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the defined territory. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: University Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy. Professional classification and registration record / Pharmacist ID Fresh Graduate or 1 year of sales experience liaising with health care professionals. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Key account management mindset Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills Strong working knowledge of interpretation of scientific research studies Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Why GSK?
