• Ensure 100% data quality in Local & Global HR Systems
• Create Workday profiles for new hires and HITS profiles if need.
• Following up all employee changes to be implemented on Workday and ensure its reflected-on HITS
• Provide support to all employees in the day to day activities on HITS system, in terms of Time Management, Benefit Requests…etc.
• Provide support to all employees in the day to day activities on Workday system, in terms of update Personal Data, Time Off request, Job Change, Terminations, … etc.
• Technical support for HITS & Workday
• Issue leave balances status report to division head on quarterly basis to ensure full adherence to the attendance & leaves policy and to the Egyptian labour law
• Provide the A2R department with employees remaining leaves balance reports for accruals
• Review HR letters prepared by the Employee Experience Admin before getting the needed signatures
• Review the monthly report prepared by Employee Experience Specialist with all the employment activities during the month in terms of new hires, resignations/terminations, long/unpaid Leaves…etc.
• Provide time off reports to SFE department to reconcile the leave records of the field force from Workday versus the mobile intelligence (MI) system to identify the records gaps and communicate with the field force management to take the corrective actions
• Consolidate employee’s overtime sheets from different stakeholders and upload it to HITS
• prepare the monthly SLA report presenting the onesupport increase using for Africa Zone; organizing a training meeting
• ensure the Onesupport uploading and using in Africa Zone countries: monitoring of ongoing projects; explore opportunities
• adapt articles to specific user needs in Africa Zone
• organizing a training session for new hire : presenting the RH policy ; the tools ( payroll; WORKDAY; ONESUPPORT)
• Ensure that any compensation changes (Basic Salary) in Workday reflected correctly in the local payroll system (HITS) profile side
• Implement any approved compensation changes (Allowances) on local payroll System (HITS)
• Upload employee’s deductions sheets to local payroll System (HITS)
• Prepare consolidated sheet for company car with the deduction of residual & top up values and upload it to HITS
• Consolidate the incentive, Commotions, IVR, …etc. payments and loaded to local payroll System (HITS)
• In case of emergency payroll role backup “with official approval”
• Update cost centre on Workday & HITS system.
