Your Qualifications
- SOC and MSSP background ideally
- This person will be the link between client and the end customer, hence needs to have excellent communication skills
- Previous experience managing customers is mandatory
- Customer facing role – service delivery experience
- Hands-on experience with azure sentinel exp
- Experience with Firewall, waf, load balancer (palo alto & f5)
- Relevant certifications – PCNSE, F5 101, 401, etc.
