What you will learn and contribute to

As Human Resources Operations trainee in Romania you will be managing day-to-day operations within the human resource shared services center of Nokia People Care Europe organization

  • Giving daily support in HR and employee life cycle matters to individual employees in Romania

  • Medical certificate related governmental reimbursement administration

  • Archiving activities (personal files management)

  • Provide administrative project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation

  • Acting as an expert in local Benefits, Labor Conditions and Employment Policies

  • Ensuring outstanding quality in HR products and services

  • Providing high level HR support for employees

Your skills and experience

Mandatory:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s university degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field

  • Have oral and written fluency in English

  • Attention to Detail

  • Self-Motivation

  • Time management

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Internships or any NGO volunteering experiences preferably in Human Resources

  • Exposure to an international environment is a plus
