Our Client
A large scale real estate development project in Saudi Arabia have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their team.
Your Responsibilities

Work closely with senior management and the individual budget owners, prepare submissions for annual budgets to reflect the implementation plan and strategy
Prepare consolidated financial reports in a timely and accurate manner, meeting business requirements, policies, procedures and quality standards
Support the implementation of relevant financial policies and processes
Creatively contribute to proposals for the commercialization of business activities to ensure that future financial performance is profitable
Provide on-the-job training for junior as you build and develop the team

Your Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, CPA, CA etc) with a Bachelors degree
7+ years of relevant experience in Budgeting, Reporting & Control
Experience in GCC an advantage
Experience across financial control, accounting, budgeting, planning and forecasting (including building 3-statement spreadsheets in excel)
Strong English communication skills is essential. Must have an ability to connect with people to drive successful relationships
