Our Client
A large scale real estate development project in Saudi Arabia have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their team.
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior management and the individual budget owners, prepare submissions for annual budgets to reflect the implementation plan and strategy
- Prepare consolidated financial reports in a timely and accurate manner, meeting business requirements, policies, procedures and quality standards
- Support the implementation of relevant financial policies and processes
- Creatively contribute to proposals for the commercialization of business activities to ensure that future financial performance is profitable
- Provide on-the-job training for junior as you build and develop the team
Your Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, CPA, CA etc) with a Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Budgeting, Reporting & Control
- Experience in GCC an advantage
- Experience across financial control, accounting, budgeting, planning and forecasting (including building 3-statement spreadsheets in excel)
- Strong English communication skills is essential. Must have an ability to connect with people to drive successful relationships
