Company
Our client is an investment management holding company that was established in 2008 in Bahrain. They are currently looking for a Finance Head to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
- Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and all statutory financial reporting
 - Providing sound financial support and insights to make critical business decisions
 - Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
 - Prepare Annual Financial Statements and to analyse other audited financials from companies in which the company/Family have personal financial interests
 - Manage and communicate with the Auditors, communicating any urgent items with the directors.
 - Liaise and communicate with various banks internally and offshore.
 - Manage various cash flows and be able to report on possible out of line items on a timely basis.
 - Carry out instructions and be confidential on all aspects of the business
 
Qualification & Requirements:
- BSc/Ba in finance or relevant field
 - 3 – 5 years experience working in a large business environment
 - Good communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate upwards to the directors and downwards to his staff
 - The ability to carry out instructions and be confidential on all aspects of the business
 - Good analytical skills and be able to report on urgent and out of line items
 - A working knowledge of computer systems within the business and the ability to enhance them if and when required
 - A sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines
 - Leadership and Management skills to delegate responsibilities to all subordinates, specifically on the basic bookkeeping and accounting functions.
