F&B Order Taker

We are looking for a F&B Order Taker to be a great assist in the development of the Food & Beverage department and to be an effective member in Pullman Zamzam Madina Hotel.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for answering all telephone calls and prioritizing said calls.
Should have very good telephone etiquettes.
Assist customers with menu selection and answer all questions in a respectful and patient manner
Repeat customer orders for accuracy before entering them into the Point of Sale System
Display excellent conversation skills and selling techniques at all times.
Ensure all food call items are delivered in a clear and professional manner
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Pace the number of orders to allow adequate time for assembling quality food products
Ensure that all opening, mid-day and closing duties are completed
Assist the department to drive guest satisfaction by providing consistent guest experiences

Your experience and skills include:

Saudi Nationality
Good English Language
Excellent communication and training skills
Strong attention to detail, Highly responsible, organized & reliable
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
