Job Description for Executive Assistant cum Receptionist:
Primarily responsible for overseeing employees and completing administrative tasks, and attaining customers (on phone calls & in person).
- Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
- Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
- Monitors office operations
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives
- Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
- Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
- Supervises all administrative personnel
- Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
- Collating timely employees timesheets and prepare necessary files
- Need to market our services over the phone
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills – English
- Need expertise in Microsoft office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Need excellent typing speed
Preferable Female Candidate
Salary : AED 2,500 AED 3,000 All Inclusive.
